River Kayak Skills Level 2

Aim
The River Kayak Skills Level 2 course represents the highest skill level and provides candidates with the opportunity to improve their whitewater skills on more challenging (Class III-IV) whitewater.

Kayakers taking this course should have considerable paddling experience beyond the River Kayak Skills Level 1 course.

Upon Successful Completion
The River Kayak Skills Level 2 is certified to:

River Kayak Skills Level 1
River Rescue Course is strongly recommended.

• Side-Surf
• Enders/Pirouettes
• Stern Turn/Pivot (optional)
• Flat Spin on a Green Wave(optional)
• Required Strokes
