Waterwalker Film Festival
The Waterwalker Film Festival has received a new look. Many thanks to Paul Mason for the creation of our new logo.
Waterwalker offers Host Groups the "full" selection of entry winners and honourable mentioned films from feature length, and festival cuts, to a number of Short films for their viewing pleasure.
Paddle Canada's Waterwalker Film Festival Committee accepts film submissions from amateur and professional filmmakers and from either Canadian or world wide locations.
The cost for hosting a Walkerwalker Film Festival is $199.

Paddle Canada's Waterwalker Film Festival is a tribute to the late Bill Mason, the great conservationist, canoeist and filmmaker. Mason once stated, "The medium of film is for me a means of expressing my love and enjoyment of the natural world, and of sharing my concern for what's happening to it with anybody who looks and listens."
Mason's idea of success was to be able to communicate through his films, books and paintings the intense feelings he had for his surroundings, and to somehow inspire others into sharing and adopting these thoughts and concerns.
Passionate in his beliefs, always speaking from the heart, his films inspired many people to rededicate themselves to the enjoyment and conservation of Canada's wilderness and waterways.
Through this celebration of film, the Waterwalker Film Festival invites you to become a part of Mason's ongoing legacy; submit a film, host a tour date, become a festival sponsor, or simply come and enjoy the wide variety of films submitted by amateur and professional filmmakers.
By taking part in the Festival, it is our hope that you will be encouraged to become more involved with the protection and conservation of our unique Canadian wilderness and waterways.
