Paddle Canada Board of Directors 2011The 2011 Paddle Canada Annual General Meeting will take place this fall (November). As per the Paddle Canada Constitution, half of the Paddle Canada Board of Directors is elected each year for a two year term. The following Board of Directors positions are up for election in 2011:
- Newfoundland & Labrador
- New Brunswick
- Quebec
- Manitoba
- Alberta
- Yukon
- Nunavut
Note that the Paddle Canada President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer will be elected by the Board of Directors from within the duly elected Paddle Canada Board of Directors following the 2011 elections. The immediate Past President, Richard Alexander, and President Emeritus, currently vacant, fill out the fifteen member Board of Directors.
Paddle Canada is a volunteer run, 'not for profit', recreational paddling organization. Its success and future are incumbent on having the most dedicated, knowledgeable, and team oriented Board of Directors possible.

Nomination Form, and a Director's Obligation form.
Nominations must be received Sept 30th (minimum of 45 days prior to the Annual General Meeting in mid to late November).
