| Description: | Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, approximately 1.5 hrs North West of Calgary, the Rocky Mountain National Cadet Summer Training Centre (RMNACSTC) is home to 180 gold star cadets participating in a seven week leadership and challenge training program. During this time cadets, ages 15-17, are trained in a variety of outdoor skills such as rock climbing, glacier travel, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking and hiking. Specifically to the canoeing program, instructors will be asked to work with cadets developing technical skills on flat and moving water. |
